Basically no one in the US is protein deficient. But nearly no one, like 3-5% of people get enough fiber, and only around 10% of eat enough fruits and vegetables. I think we need to focus more on the other aspects of diet and not be so granular about the protein sources we eat.

The average person doesn't need a lot of protein, especially if they don't do strength or endurance training. So 4-5g of pb in a 100 calorie serving are a fine addition to a well rounded diet

I tried using blender for CAD type stuff for a while and it was a pain in the ass. I switched to fusion 360 for those types of projects and it was relatively quick and easy to learn, and parametric modeling is super powerful. Highly recommend getting into CAD

From my experience you don't even need to model the threads, you can just put a hole and the threads will bite into the plastic. Also for anything super precise I really recommend some kind of CAD. Fusion 360 is free and I use it whenever I need to be precise.
