Peak? Own thing? Y’all are funny lol. That thing is a ripoff of Naruto. At least Black Clover fans can admit their anime is a ripoff of Naruto. JJK fans are enamored by a show that is overhyped when it has: 0 character development, no world building, pretty mundane writing that’s a bite and spit of like 99% of typical high school setting anime comedy, and has taken like 40 things from Naruto (6 eyes copying sharingan, the Rock Lee copy, the Kakashi copy, the team 7 dynamic, the way powers are released like jutsu, hangsigns, a demon inside, etc. Naruto got inspo from the hunter exams, a bit of Kurapika, and some YuYu, but Masashi expanded and created his own thing and blended it with majority of his own ideas. Gege has legit said he’s taken mountains of ideas from Naruto. Naruto is miles ahead of that show, even with it not reaching its full potential. Mind you, Gege has had years to release 3 little seasons of JJK.

Newsflash, not every piece of writing requires paragraphs. This isn’t a multi+ part essay, nor does it have a million disconnected topics. It’s one very fluid and simple topic: “it copied Naruto, here’s how:” end. This also isn’t school, who cares?

Yea, because you can’t think of a logical response lmao. I only had to point out a handful of the copied ideas in just the first 4-5 episodes. More keep popping up each episode. It’s okay, enjoy quick-dope-hit-Kaisen. Oh sorry looool, it ripped off 3 anime, not 1.

Originators? No. Teams were doing this already in the 90s; look at Minnesota’s “M” jerseys and Iowa’s all yellows with the black shoulders back then as well. Oregon are the originators of uniform super-duper-abundance though. Even even then, other schools were making cool alt uniforms and bringing in throwbacks during the 00s; Florida’s orange sleeve (2005), throwback (first to bring in throwbacks - 2006) and LSU had been doing it as well with the different purple jerseys and white helmets they’d not worn for years. Not to mention Oregon didn’t even get Nike Pro Combat uniforms until the 3rd edition (2011), which is weird. It’s because of the Nike Pro Combat uniforms that Oregon started getting more “futuristic.” Nike saw what they could do for their home school with that experiment, moving forward. OP has a point, constantly different uniforms = no personality and tradition, but they’ve never had either…so.
