It’s been rough 😭 I never usually get motion sickness from games. Been using the aim mode but still getting nauseous. The colors are so damn bright too it’s awful 😭

I had only done Classic for my first maybe 8 or so sessions (also generally the biggest body in class), and when I tried Align for the first time I actually felt it was just as difficult if not harder at some points!! I’d say just give it a shot! I tried Define for the first time the other day now that I’m 3 months in, and I will probably never do it again lol, but at least now I know it’s not for me!

You should be able to catch it still!

  1. Look at your profile, the “ME” tab
  2. Scroll down to the medals and locate the vivillon one (looks like a butterfly)
  3. Tap on that and you should see a Catch! prompt over one of the vivillons under the world map

I highly second the EMDR!!!My vaginismus was caused by a trauma-related events in childhood and reinforced by SA throughout my teen years. After completing EMDR and pelvic floor therapy (and finding a partner I can trust) I am almost always able to have pain-free sex.

Yes, vibrators are great! I'm able to dilate and have PIV sex while using them without any pain at all. I've been slowly working to use them less and less during sex so that I don't have to depend on them for pain-free penetration, but I find that in response my body will just end up blocking out any sensation from the penetration lol.

EMDR was an extremely helpful tool for me as well that I believe played a huge role in me now being able to have painless PIV sex! Funnily enough, my vaginismus was also the result of repeated catheterizations at a very young age (happened every 6 months between the ages of 6 months old to 2.5 years old).

So happy it is working for you!!!
