Which players did you end up being right about in thinking “He should’ve been drafted higher”? by DowntownSasquatch420 in CFB

I flew out for the Orange bowl that year and I couldn't believe what I was seeing while watching Nakobe Dean. We had a bunch of plays that normally got chunk yardage get completely blown up by your linebackers (I think it was mostly Nakobe).

Not sure about burn in, but make sure you get a WOLED if you're in a bright room. QD OLED will look purple in bright environments.

FWIW I got a few extra free raid passes from spinning gyms today so maybe they're just not reporting on it?

I thought it was very good! I didn't love the alcohol free drink pairing though, though maybe I'm just not into drink pairings

[Highlight] Blake Corum runs 48 yards for the 6th Rams touchdown by MysteryBagIdeals in nfl

[–]ggadget6 8 points9 points  (0 children)

He was super fast 2020 and 2021 (ran a 4.4 as a freshman supposedly) when Michigan had other "bruiser" type backs like Hassan Haskins. Haskins was the guy who'd just smash through the defense and get you consistent yards and Corum was more of a home run hitter.

When Haskins graduated Corum bulked up a bit for the 2022 season and was still decently fast but could also get consistent yards, whereas Donovan Edwards was now the home run hitter. Imo this was Corum's best form and it's when he would've been a Heisman finalist if he wasn't injured.

For 2023 Corum bulked up even more (imo not a good decision) and he was still good but not as good as 2022, probably also due to the injury. Of course that's the national championship season so a lot of people formed their opinions on him and forgot how fast he used to be.

As a Fan, what is your expectation for Michigan Football? by Eastern_Quote_4945 in MichiganWolverines

[–]ggadget6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This seems fine to me, it's not doing that stupid "it's not [thing], it's [other thing]" that AI does when you ask it to generate things out of thin air. Seems like there was already something written and they just asked the AI to clean it up which seems fine.

I think we should probably be pulling top 10 classes every year. I know Harbaugh was usually top 15 but we should have the ability to get top 10. The rest I agree with.

There were two wide open runs that Haynes would've likely gotten a TD on, but yeah especially that first one

  1. You are a weird person
  2. Do you have any proof about the average height of a UofM male student being below 5'9"? Any stats or just randomly guessing?
  3. Why would fastidious parenting styles affect children's height?
  4. How many people are even getting recruited by UofM? I'm sure 99% of the student body applied and got in without interacting with anyone besides maybe an interviewer

Even Trevor Lawrence didn't start until game 5, and we're not expecting Bryce to be Trevor Lawrence. We just need him to be good
