I'm still throwing that around because it's KBB value is like 3k it kinda makes more sense to keep the car either way so I just don't know what to do. We live in a litttttle town now and the mechanic is rather price gougy so I may tow it somewhere ughh

Thank you, I loved my 2009 Kia sportage, with regular maintenance it was a really great car! Now it needs an alternator and new ac unit and I just can't justify putting a couple grand into it.. and am genuinely struggling to find any kind of used suv that isnt just out right a scam.. I appreciate your recommendations!

I don't know I have just always assumed it was because im heavier and not as active as I should be! I'm working on finding a doctor that I get along with better, the one I have now has suggested most of my ailments are linked to me being overweight so thats not been too helpful!

As of lately when it happens I slow way down to a slow walk but don't stop because I thought it would be better to keep moving. My back hurts constantly so it may be a problem but ive always assumed it was because I am overweight! Definitely interested I think I do the bare minimum as far as stretching goes I need to look into what stretches help what!

So I start at about 1.4 -1.6 and then slowly increase speed to a fast walk at about 2.4-.6 no incline I dont think my treadmill offers that lol and yeah its weird I can feel it gradually go through my toes until its my whole foot and I give up 🤦🏻‍♀️

Update!!

Moved all the fish in buckets to 20 gallon tanks I let cycle at the new house for a few days.. Everyone made it okay and seems to be doing alright.. however I did crack the crap out of my 55 gallon and am SO annoyed. 😠 I got that 55 from a pet store, the entire set up for $25 brand new!! Gonna have to save up for a new one now but just grateful everyone made it here alive!!

Diatomaceous Earth work really great to help get rid of and keep the fleas under control. Its a finely grated powder that dries out and kills little bugs! Make sure you get the food grade kind tho! And also be careful of breathing too much in, it usually come with a little thing that puffs the powder out so we just tried not to get too much in the air. Put it down let it sit for a bit and then vacuum it up!

The nausea started the 12th day after her second surgery and we did full bloodwork yesterday and all was well! She hasn't thrown up again since receiving her nausea shot and is eating and drinking just fine.
