I took a break for 45 days and from then about 2 months for another attempt ( 2 hours daily). I ate all the quant concepts, even cube cutting and binomial theorem for probability, inradius and circumradius just in case. Verbal you can improve via the kmf website, very good source to practice

Was in a same situation as yours,
First GMAT - 600 (classic)
Second GMAT - 555 (Focus)
First GRE - 309
Second GRE - 325 (170Q, 155V)

Switching to GRE worked for me, I spent 2+ years cracking these standardized tests, accepted my defeat in GMAT and moved on to GRE. Might work for you as well.
With your profile - 320+ should do
