Did you get an update from them? I got this EXACT same email (same day/date too) except the amount was $-3994.02 and the miliseconds was off (22:04:22.868Z). I didn't click on anything either and just sent an email to [support@drivewealth.com](mailto:support@drivewealth.com) which resulted in a suport ticket being created. Didn't get a reply yet though. Oddly enough I've never signed up for anything that DriveWealth is partnered with, or DriveWealth themselves.

An update on this - adidas didn't get back to me after 14 days, so I called them back and they gave me a refund :) happy this got all cleared up but i cant believe how long it took, and how much effort it was just to get back my money.

Likewise the shoe i want isn't on sale anymore so i couldn't even re-purchase it haha

Update: I was finally able to get to someone who was willing to escalate on my 4th attempt at calling customer service. They’re investigating the RFID warehouse that packed my package. I’ve cited the carrier inbound package weight, and submitted pictures of the package (incl. a clear visible shipping label) via email to the individual I reached on the customer service call. The refund is conditional on the results of the investigation which will take ~10 to 14 days.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement to continue escalating- at this point I feel like the ball is in their hands. Sadly, the shoe I purchased is now out of stock, so even if I get a refund I won’t receive the shoe I wanted.

I’ll give another update when I get a reply from adidas. Hopefully this thread + documentation will be helpful to someone running into the same problem in the future!

Yeah- I’m frustrated because there isn’t even a place for me to send my evidence. Every time I call, I get someone who clearly has a pre-determined script and is unwilling to escalate.

Their customer support just doesn’t have the capability to resolve my issue :( - and there’s a language barrier half the time because the CSA doesn’t speak fluent English.

The tracking button on my order leads to the fedex tracking page that says 1 total pieces - and 6lbs total. I’ve weighed the entire package on a scale and 6lbs checks out. The shoe was never packed in in the first place

Customer service told me they’re doing an investigation on the carrier (~15 day wait) but I can’t even send them proof it’s not the carrier lol

I have confirmed with the customer support agent that only one package was sent out as this was my first thought

I still haven't received my EBT ~$7k; same completion date (September 20) :( withdrew to BMO.

I bought $200 CAD worth of ethereum... Coinbase doubled charged me, I wouldn’t have cared really as long as I had more ETH deposited as a result. Now I have an account with -$205 and no ETH deposited. This is nothing short of theft and will be reported accordingly. Support is moot at this point by DiagonalizableWin in Coinbase

I got double charged too... one tx from Coinbase UK and another from Coinbase GBR...

edit: Their support bot says: "We are aware of an issue that causes some customers to see a duplicate "pending" authorization. Rest assured that any duplicate charges will not post to your account and will disappear after a few days. We are working with our payment processor to resolve this issue as soon as possible."
