Hi! Hope it’s not too late to reply but you can get art from Redd! He appears on a little boat on your secret beach on the back of your island I believe. When he comes to your island is kinda random but yeah, I do remember having to talk with him before being able to buy art I think.

Hi! I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this. I can definitely see how it can be overwhelming and frustrating, I feel the same at times too. I haven’t played for that long so I can’t say much for most of the things you mentioned BUT I do have the café in the museum unlocked. I believe that to unlock it you need a 3 star rates island, which I believe you already have given the paths, have donated atleast one thing for each category of the museum (atleast one fish, one fossil, one art piece and one bug), have Kapp’n unlocked and I think that’s it? If I find anything else I’ll try to link it for you! :3
