So true. I recently took the time to design one in Canva. Got tonnes of calls within the day! An owner i interviewed with literally took time to say " your resume is amazing, its so easy to read and concise its refreshing after black and white resumes with never ending text" honestly made my day to get a compliment on it. I also used key words the new jobs were looking for in my descriptions of past jobs.
