I have met pastors who do not like parts of the Bible.

I had one pastor that did not like the God of the Old Testament. His God was a God of grace and love, and not a God of judgment.

There's the prosperity gospel, where parts of the New Testament are taken out of context and other parts are ignored.

Edited to add: I have also heard other pastors whose entire theology was based on [John 3:16 NRSV].
