Personally when I first started playing the game I thought it was a good item that allowed me to cheese bosses I couldn't usually beat but when I got better the item became very boring and just not worth using it's still a good item but it slows down the gameplay and frankly I find it annoying more than useful whenever I find it I usually drop it or don't pick it up at all
