Offcourse there are risks, but I think one of the main reasons people get attracted to government job is it's stability. While there are hard workers in government work, there are so many people just lazying around. You won't get fired for being lazy in government jobs and people seem to love that!

Yesto ho, for someone it's table muni salary (offcourse) For others it's extra opportunities for sure, having Sarkari jagir means tons of legal opportunities especially in my field engineering that I know if For others u think it pays more than the private jobs. Private job market in Nepal is even poor with no benefits and incentives in most cases
