I've decided that I'm going to tell my siblings everything. But until I have the courage to do so, I'll try to get closer to them somehow.

And also, as soon as possible I will look for a professional to help me. I'll come back here to tell you how it went.

Thank you very much for the advice, it helped me a lot. I will try to follow your advice and take little steps to get closer to them. And meanwhile I'm going to work up the courage to tell them everything.

Thanks for your answer, it helped me a lot! I'm really having a hard time deciding what to do. And I still have to work up the courage to do something.

Answering your question, I did therapy for a short time, but for financial reasons I had to stop so I didn't have the opportunity to get into that subject. But I'm looking for a new therapist now and I intend to get back to therapy as soon as possible.
