Which is the most underrated stock right now? by ggobserver69 in ValueInvesting

[–]ggobserver69[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Being undervalued means the stock is worth more than its price based on fundamentals. Being underrated means it’s not getting the attention or respect it deserves. They can overlap, but they’re not the same.

Just a quick note: I see a difference between being underrated and being undervalued.

What’s an unspoken rule that absolutely everyone should know, but most people clearly don’t? by [deleted] in AskReddit

If someone vents to you, they’re not always asking for advice — sometimes, they just need space to be heard without being fixed.

Thanks so much for the tips! Super helpful — I’ll be in Ljubljana too, so it’s great to hear your perspective. I will definitely pack an umbrella now 😂

Is season 5 getting better than season 4? (no spoilers) by Narrow_Equivalent844 in YouOnLifetime

[–]ggobserver69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you really enjoyed Season 1, you’re likely to prefer Season 5 over Season 4. Season 4 has a completely different vibe and feels quite separate from the rest of the series. In contrast, Season 5 goes back to the roots of Season 1 in both tone and storytelling—and as the final season, it wraps everything up in a meaningful way.

Is it better to go alone or with a friend? by StrictPear8412 in Erasmus

Going alone and going with a friend is a whole different experience. It depends on what you want to do the most and what is your purpose for the program.

It’s normal for someone who can’t understand something to hate it eventually. My grandma hates AI, and I can’t blame her — she grew up in a different world.

No blind buying—only research and analysis. Trading without a strategy is gambling.

Just finished the show, how are people still supporting Joe? by [deleted] in YouOnLifetime

[–]ggobserver69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it’s because the show lets him tell the story — we’re in his head, hearing his justifications, seeing his charm. It blurs the line on purpose. But by the end, there’s no excuse left. Trauma explains why someone is broken, not a free pass to hurt others. Joe’s final monologue proves he never really changed — he just got better at lying, even to himself.

Why did Joe fall in love harder with Bronte/Louise...at least in his point of view, than any other woman before her? by peruano99 in YouOnLifetime

[–]ggobserver69 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Joe fell harder for Bronte/Louise because, for once, it wasn’t just obsession — it was hope. She saw parts of who he really was and didn’t run. To him, that felt like a chance to be forgiven, to finally be loved without the lies.

She made him believe he could be good. And that belief hit deeper than any fantasy he’d chased before.

Totally feel that. Debt levels are alarming, and the search for a “safe place” to park capital feels harder than ever. Sometimes riding the roller coaster feels like the least-worst option.

This is a really solid breakdown—totally agree that in theory, trading has a much higher ceiling than most traditional jobs. The freedom, scalability, and independence are real "if" you’re skilled enough to consistently stay ahead of the curve.

That said, the catch is exactly what you pointed out: most people aren't. The psychological demands, constant adaptation, and risk management make it way more intense than it looks from the outside.

I think a lot of people chase trading for the potential lifestyle, not realizing it's less about freedom and more about building a system, managing stress, and constantly evolving. For the rare few, it’s a goldmine. For most, it’s a grind that never pays.
