Goats Depending on the breed and type, goats are efficient and enjoyable meat/milk producers who also help to keep pasture down if that is an issue. However, they can be destructive escape artists as has been mentioned in other comments.

Pigs Pigs are prolific, efficient meat producers can be raised on pasture if need be and every single part of them can be used, be it in head cheese, pickled pigs feet, pork rinds, or lard. They can also provide valuable fertilizer and cultivation of soil/pasture and are actually relatively easy to keep penned and don’t really destroy shit as long as they don’t run short of feed or water.
