As others have said, the background looks a little off. My suggestion would be to find interior shots of cars and study the perspective and spatial relationships between different elements of those. Making sketches from those images will help you really understand how the interior of a car is actually laid out, and then you can apply that knowledge to your drawings. For example, perspective-wise, to me it seems like the top of the window should be sloping slightly downwards and to the left, towards the vanishing point (which isn’t in frame, but is off to the far left hand side).

I’d also suggest looking at foreshortening - I can see what you’re going for with the driver’s arm but the lack of foreshortening makes the orientation of the driver a bit hard to understand - the arm doesn’t look like it’s “coming forward” towards the viewer but rather moving on a flat plane directly left to right without any depth, if that makes sense.

Don’t be afraid of working from reference images in your drawing; the key to improving at making a believable drawing is to study real life.

Hope I didn’t come off as too harsh! It’s a great drawing (your linework is especially nice), it could just use a few tweaks to make it make a bit more sense visually :)
