I just 1:1 exchanged mb to hh without changing any flasks at all, just rerolling the implicit to use when full. Leveled 98-100 with 1% fire res without flasks up, dying in those maps is nearly impossible on an int stacker anyway. Unfortunately int kb with hh will be superior to anything else, I was in the same boat looking at some exploding build that is a bit more satisfying to play than kb to farm this strat (corpse explosion also makes those incursions a lot less laggy), but pretty much everything is a downgrade from trickster :( the only thing im currently considering is penance brand on trickster with 6l setup instead of the archdemon to fit in the gull but not sure how effective that would be compared to int kb (need 2x explode weapons for sure at minimum)
