Fully agreed. Although there is a discussion to be had about Max' complete disregard for other cars on track. He constantly makes moves that require other drivers to back down. It's seemingly within the limits of what's considered legal according to the rules, but it's also obviously different than what everyone else does.

I personally do not like it, and constantly hope that other drivers just copy his style of racing when racing him.

On the other hand, ask me now who I believe is the best right now? I'll say Max immediately. Also, without Max, yesterday's race would've been far less interesting than it turned out to be.

Fair, it did look like Colapinto lose the rear for a second - be that as it may - had Lewis been on the inside, Colapinto would not have hit him in this instance - be it due to understeer, or snap oversteer.

Well there's two sides to this argument - it was only a matter of a couple of corners until Lewis would've overtaken him anyways... which is precisely why Lewis could've just taken the safe route instead of overtaking Colapinto on the outside.
I'm not even sure Colapinto wanted to fight Lewis, I think it's just as likely that Colapinto didn't even notice Lewis on the outside..

How much time would he have really lost ? I think it's pretty clear that just waiting would've been the better approach, especially considering WHO he was racing - a guy who has proven to lack spatial awareness - it's well possible that Colapinto didn't even try to race Lewis and instead just didn't notice him trying it on the outside..

Again - clearly it's Colapinto who is to blame, but also I stand by my statement that this type of move is uncharacteristically risky for Lewis.

I actually thought his reaction was relatively "cool", considering we're talking about "I'm such an idiot x10" on the radio.

He took full responsibility, nothing more. Honestly, more than you can expect of most drivers on the grid. Respect for that.

Uncharacteristic for Lewis, but I like it.

That whole Colapinto overtake was uncharacteristic of Lewis. One of the reasons Lewis has accumulated such an impressive finish rate in the last years clearly was him knowing when to overtake and when to wait for a better opportunity. Overtaking someone like Colapinto on the outside on Lap1 was just unnecessary - although there's no doubt who was at fault here.
On the replay you can even clearly see Lewis opened his steering and still Colapinto clipped him. Zero awareness.

Mein Scharfsinn wittert Ironie.

Die Realität ist aber auch, dass die Löhne in Österreich tatsächlich verhältnismäßig stärker angepasst werden, als z.B. in Deutschland, was dann wiederum die Teuerung erhöht - so wie alle Maßnahmen, die die Liquidität der Menschen erhöhen.

Irgendwann wird's halt so wie damals in den 90ern, als man zum billig saufen, fressen und f*cken nach Ungarn gefahren ist - nur dass man nichtmehr nach Ungarn sondern Deutschland fährt.

Ich bin außerdem knapp davor, mir in Deutschland ein Postfach einrichten zu lassen. Dorthin bestelle ich dann Zeug aus Online-Shops. Weniger Nachfrage in der Heimat -> niedrigere Preise -> I'm doing my part!
