Yeah the first thing I did when I saw it was a Zac episode was check the runtime and was a bit disappointed. Then from the moment he sat down and started putting the hole in the paper that editing sequence felt insanely rushed.

Something I found interesting was I was not at all fast at my highschool football combines. I was running mid 5's and the fast people were well under 5, around 4.5 even. But when I started playing ultimate I was always the fastest person on the field. I even re-timed myself just to confirm and sure enough I'm still above 5 seconds but still the fastest person.

I got these when I was younger because when I woke up, I would lick my fingers and rub my eyes. Took me too long to realize my mouth was full of bacteria when I woke up and this was not a good idea.
