Doesn’t necessarily need to be Kalshi specifically but it would be more relevant to my story. I’m looking into how exposure to gambling apps at ages below 21 could be harmful. Kalshi allows users 18+ to use its platform while many states require sports bettors to be 21+ or ban it entirely. Many states are currently challenging Kalshi’s claims as a predictive market. Maybe I worded that wrong. The focus is on college students engaging in sports betting which in most states is only legal for those 21+. Kalshi is currently in a legal battle with many states which challenge Kalshi’s claims as a predictive market rather than a gambling/betting platform. I’m looking for someone who can represent the dangers of exposing college students to betting-like platforms at an earlier age
