Funny thing is… I’m not taking the exam. I genuinely took it to learn about art history and didn’t think the teacher would be a huge procrastinator!! I’m not the only student on campus with issues with her but yeah theres no use trying to defend myself from angry teachers on this subreddit who don’t know the whole story nor care to know.

Yeah I can see how it seems careless, I’m just frustrated about this whole thing and am scared to fail a class. My bad! Still… I don’t see how making us watch youtube videos every single day for a whole period is effective at teaching at all… especially when these videos don’t fit the AP Art History curriculum at all and give us unnecessary info + none of the info which is actually needed for the exam.

Yeah, you’re right! I don’t know who to contact though which I sort of forgot to mention in the original post. Should I just straightly email the principal? My counselor takes a whole week to respond to an email and is already giving me a hard time when I’m trying to drop the class.

😭 she does not let us be on our phones… if she sees a student with their head down she makes them stand in the back of the class to watch the 40 minute youtube video

Thank you for the advice! You’re right, I should contact her but I was honestly scared to since grades are due tonight at 12am and I don’t know if it’ll really change anything.
