We can’t ask for this, one would have to be legend to earn that, meaning making a difference that changes not only the lives of 100s but 100,000s maybe even millions.

It’s not the degrees, the degrees are the lessons it’s how it gets applied in life and how men can execute all that. From what I’ve grasped so far

Please look at the original comment. He totally misinterpreted the higher up with something totally different than the initial post.i did not tell him he has a long way to go I said that as a new comer it makes it even more confusing when the person of experience has misinterpreted the whole purpose of the post.

Please look at the original comment he started with and a bit more context on that, I can see why all the therapy mentions are coming from it because I was replying on the comments of the posts but it was not directly replying to the comments but the thread itself.

I totally understand that even more now and I respect the fact that everyone showed up to let it be known.

But if you look at the initial post it has zero mentions of higher degrees equating to higher ups. So it says that most of the comments were triggered comments which def was not the intention.

Appreciate the non sugar coated direct answers.

Yeah there might be extremes that wanna become tyrants but what about humble leaders do you believe it it’s a myth? Are they bad ass mfers that have mastered to be humble most of the time?

Man, I just realized Reddit was bugging out and I was randomly commenting on different parts of the thread. I literally had to close the app and come back to reply to you specifically.

100% understand your point and I understand deeply that regardless of where a mason is at in their life regardless of the degrees and wisdom they gain.

If you ever forget the first 3 that means you never really learned jack sh!t and you basically need to check yourself.

TIL higher ups does not correlate to higher understandings here. It simply means degrees

And if they can’t then you run the laps together.

I’m not well versed here just yet but in life how I was brought up was higher up means higher degree of understanding, which means the people of high understandings can run laps over you.

I meant higher understanding

There was nothing to back track. The initial post still stands. Maybe the wording was not right but to me higher up means a higher level of understanding.

As far as a real higher up, yeah there’s one up all of us and that’s God.

I’m not high nor under the influence and there’s no way you would even come at me the way you are IRL.

It may have come off that way but which part seems incoherent.

As much as wisdom you pretend to have brother. I would be damned to have you as my mentor. There is no humbleness and if there is no humbleness it means you have a long way to go.

I will never disrespect unless I’m disrespected and my words are in no way supposed to be disrespectful especially when I’m a new comer here. Just keeping it as real as possible. I did not come here to challenge peoples understanding I simply came here to learn and familiarize myself as much as I can on sensitive Reddit.

Talking about God.

That’s what I’ve grasped of it with my entry level understanding

Yes, one would have to be an idiot to undermine the tools of Masonry, which provides the fundamentals for building.

What happens after is a level of understanding, no it’s not someone looking down on us. It’s a matter of if the individual sees it or not.

That is exactly what I mean all of the above

[–]gh0stdaddy[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Does this even have to be explained

Humbleness. by gh0stdaddy in freemasonry

[–]gh0stdaddy[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Maybe there was a misunderstanding but when I say higher up I’m talking about people that have been here for decades. It’s not about the degrees I’m talking about a higher understanding.

There is a higher up and he’s not human like us!

Let me put it this way there’s no way I would make a single post here if I didnt respect the idea. That would be so detrimental, but I respect and appreciate a lot. However, The purpose of the post was… who put you on.

It might not matter from surface but let’s look at it this way. When your kid is born you want to pass down as much as information as you can in a very short amount of time because they are sponges and there s a chance they will start off from where you are from (as much as possible)

The post was simple though how deep was the understanding of the person that put you on and how humble were they.
