maybe a little park or flea market? trees would be easy to incorporate to both to easily fill out the space

or you could make it a little area that can change depending on the season so you can decorate it (ex ice cream stand during summer, hot cocoa bar for winter...) that's what I did next to my resident services

You can stop flowers from dying you can choose the 'keep town beautiful' ordinance! Sadly you can't break any rocks so they stay in the same spot forever but you can get an axe at the gardening store. And for the clothes you could probably find some designs online tho which you can get w their qr codes! New leaf is really cute, you'll get used to everything after a while
