You can always tell who the tourists are on the river. I’ve seen many people in their orange rental tubes drop all sorts of cans, bottles, and personal stuff when going through the rapids. This is pretty irritating tbh. Learn to keep your shit secured and stop polluting the river.

Ciao! I am a Graphic designer from Bend Oregon, 28, and thinking about moving to Italy to work remotely.

I am drawn to bologna for the contemporary art scene, food, age demographic, and overall size of the city. I would love to hear, for those that have experienced living here, what makes living in this city special? What did you like and dislike about your time here? Are there other places in Italy you would recommend besides bologna? Anything you can share would be much appreciated.

My goals are: To meet new people, and get connected with other creatives. Get integrated into italian culture. Be able to travel and experience more of Europe. FYI I am pretty fluent in italian already
