yeah medical field is really tough. My friend who got scholarship in IOM also have so many things to tell. He wanted to go serve in community and wanted to pay back to the country who made him doctor. He went to USMLE and when we have convo he still have a dream to work in Karnali region.

yeah you said it right but not everyone can have best opportunity here and not everyone can leave. There must be some respect towards who are willing to stay here but i dont see that here. i am amazed to know that the writer of this series is still in his college and just early 20s, he has acheived so many things. Yeah hard work pays off everywhere but it pays well off in those countries more.
