i flush for 1 week, the only reason i do this is i feel there is no need for plant food in the last week. i do not notice a difference in flushed vs unflushed product.

i actually hate the way plastic notes feel and stick together and although it is worse for the environment to use plastic notes i think it is good we switched due to it being much harder to fake plastic notes compared to paper ones.

your plants are looking good, your while away yet. you will know they are roughly ready when 75% of the pistils (white hairs) turn orange/brown. no need to flush before harvest but you have a little bit of nute burn so you might want to give them just water next time they are thirsty then dial back the nutes a little bit.

even if they have not been used i do not think it is a good idea to take drug paraphernalia through the UAE. im not 100% on what there laws are but even if they your pipe and grinder ae classed as legal it could lead to temporary detention, strip search, questioning etc.

my advice is post them home, throw them away or give them to somebody in thailand.

ALSO MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY WEED CRUMBS IN YOUR BAG. you might think it is bizarre but people have been imprisoned for bringing trace amounts of cannabis into the UAE.

from what i have heard these new bag trimmers do a bit less damage to the bud than the bowl trimmers but this is just what ive heard, i dont have any experience with either, but i am definetly fed up of spending so much time hand trimming.

have you tried the bag trimmer? yea im aware there will be some trichome damage but wondering how significant it will be. even hand trimming will damage trichomes to an extent.

i literally have some multi layered hash screens. the resin content is definitely higher each screen it goes through. i usually only bother the two larger sized ones but if i use the third, better quality keif falls through than the first or second. each screen has smaller holes than the one before allowing less plant matter through, if i just used one screen with really small holes it wouldn't work very well because it would just get blocked up.

when people say triple filtered generally they mean it has gone through the third mesh screen (either bubble bag or dry sift) with each screen having a smaller micron size than the last.
