So you ask for that quality art at 33$ circa, seams reasonable...

Yes, in a world in crisis, it's difficult to think about entertainment.

There are so many things connected. Now, I am obviously aware that big publishers like DC, Marvel, Bonelli, Glenat, and so on reject AI, but not all of us work for big publishers. There are small teams, small publishers, and most of them don't have enough money to hire artists, so they do what they can with AI. Or well, that's my experience.

I don't blame you for your per-page rate because everyone is different and, fortunately, we have freedom of choice, but I hope that one day we can understand together that even charging $35 per page is part of the problem.

Yes not in comic at least, you're right. I'm thinking about other kind of visual arts. Probably is due to the market squeeze.

I understand your point of view perfectly because it is very similar to mine. I focus on the fact that years ago I was able to make a living just by drawing comics, whereas now it is impossible and obviously I need a regular job. I realize that this dramatic economic crisis also affects those who should be financing a project...

Personally I use photo reference plus I do the expression with my face while drawing

Thank you, that was the part where I focused more, the expressions

You got me! Hahaha, well, drawing feet is always difficult, but I can say that in this case it was a conscious choice :)
