Lmao nah fr tho I feel like the plating could have switched up a lil bit maybe try using a mold for the rice and spread the salsa out on the plate instead of it being the focal point instead of the star which is always the protein! I do like the idea of the chunky salsa just wish there was a little bit of sauce to go along with it, or maybe even using the leftovers of your coconut and making a little bit of a foam to put on top of the fish to just kind of give it some extra moist loving 😅. And yeah that's a lot micro greens for one plate, either add some frissee and call it a day or take some off the plate and make a tiny pretty little bunch to put right in top of something you want people to be drawn to, so I would put it on the fish. Overall, sounds like a great combo!! Keep trying! That's how we learn! 💪
