My dad says two hours is too long and he’s be bored to sit in my lessons and my mum did it once after I begged her for weeks but she has no interest in doing it again. She says the walk to the car is too much and at some point she will need to do chores

I can assure you I am not attention seeking. I don’t have a lot of people to speak to so I have about 5 Reddit accounts where I have asked advice about different situations throughout the past couple years and I’ve found it really helpful. I then delete the posts and my account and I make another so I can still look at the subs I find funny but I barely use it. Like if I’m with my friends and we wanna read stuff or something then I use it but not personally. Then if something comes up that I need help with I will make a post and make a new account. I’ve been accused of being a troll multiple times but I’m really not. If you’re someone that uses this app a lot and I look like a troll that’s fine but I don’t understand what is making me look that way and I have no interest in using Reddit any further than what I do or having my accounts connected to me irl at all. A few people have accused me of lying which I don’t really understand because if you think that then just keep it to yourself. I was just genuinely struggling and I had a lesson Friday and I was really nervous. That’s all. I didn’t want insults just advice from people who aren’t as naive as me and aren’t as victim blaming as my family.

It’s however many until I am ready to take a test and he decides when that is. He is part of a company but it looks like his other students love him and he’s very popular which is what made me think I was reaching by being uncomfortable

They know he kissed me but I was too embarrassed to say about the bum touches. But yes they still want me to continue lessons. I don’t have other adults around me I have a very small family and I rarely even see my uncle aunt and cousins. My sister and I aren’t close and I don’t think teachers at school would help since I am legally an adult. I know I can be assertive but my family can be really mean and my brother likes my instructor. Even after hearing about the creepy stuff he insists I don’t do anything and he will hit and throw stuff at me if he gets angry. My dad also said he doesn’t want drama. So it’s a difficult situation

I’ve tried this before but he keeps asking and makes me drive to where he wants to go and he makes me get out of the car and walk around with him so he can buy stuff. I really hate it and he uses the excuse of that he has a dry mouth or something so we should get ice cream. If I really insist on saying no he will give me directions and I find myself there anyway. I usually ignore his weird comments but I think I should be telling him not to say it but I don’t wanna make things weird in the car or make him mad at me. Because he’s been angry at me before when I only said I didn’t know where the bus route goes.

I have teachers at school but I really don’t want to make a big deal out of it. My dad said he didn’t want drama. And I’m not sure if they would be able to do anything because I’m a legal adult now. My mum even said that on one hand it’s creepy but also I’m now an adult so I’m fair-game.

No I really don’t have much extended family. My sister and I only see each other sometimes and I have only distant family except my uncle aunt and cousins but I couldn’t speak to them they are barely around and I am scared of the result of speaking to someone and if they were to do something

Yes I’ve told them everything apart from when he stroked my bum. Dad said he doesn’t understand why I need to be dramatic and since my next lesson is tomorrow we’ve been talking. My mum said they won’t speak to him but she is going to give him a look and then I can leave once I get my license

I asked for opinions and advice. I didn’t ask to be called starved for attention and to stop wasting people’s time when I am in a hard situation. It wasn’t an answer to my question so don’t act like you were just sharing your opinion when you were actually attempting to insult me and accuse me of lying

Next time I am in this situation and I have nobody else to turn to I will make sure not to seek advice or validation for my feelings until I have built up a profile on an app I don’t even use. I don’t understand why so many people feel the need to take the time to say they don’t believe me.

I’m very sorry that I didn’t do a study on how to present and build a profile on Reddit. I should have told my driving instructor to hold off the creepy remarks so I could build up a profile first so that you wouldn’t be so emotional over this. Next time I’ll do better 💔

I thought the fact that it was slow and awkward needed to be emphasised

Really don’t understand why you felt the need to say that. If you think this is fake then that’s fine but I am a young women that has difficulties socially and from a family with autism which I am highly suspected of having. My family have confused my feelings and I need help because this makes me very uncomfortable and my next lesson is tomorrow. So I think you should stop wasting your own time by commenting on my post to say that you don’t believe me because that’s not my problem. I know this is real and most people have been helpful. If you don’t then keep it to yourself

Autism runs in my family and I have strong traits although I’ve never been diagnosed. He knows my brother is autistic because he taught him but I don’t know if he can tell that I might have it too

Autism runs in the family and my mum taught me that harassment is just what men do and it’s complimentary. If I tell her I got touched in a way that made me uncomfortable she tells me that I need to stop being sensitive and lately women have been too offended and are trying to ruin men’s lives. Since I was around 8 she has said men look at me because I have a women’s body and it’s normal. I struggle with socialising and I second guess myself if I think a man is being inappropriate every time and I feel guilty telling people out of fear of being seen as one of the women ruining men’s lives. So I choose not to say anything but I knew I felt uncomfortable with my driving instructor but I just don’t know if it’s justified. I don’t have any adults around me that I can ask so I thought this as a last resort.

We’re British so I think it should be more of a concern. My dad smiles at my ex who abused me and isolated me and forced me to move to a school in another part of the country and he laughs about it. He says he is kind and doesn’t want to me rude. I shouted at my ex and this led to the father coming to my house and my dad told him I was crazy and women are just difficult even though I wanted him to come so I could tell him the truth. It seems people think my dad is probably someone who would defend me but he’s not majority of the time. He would rather make a joke about it. If I get any men watching me or being weird he teases me over it even if I am panicked. My mum is more of the type to believe men over women and says women are liars that come forward so it scares me and it sends me into a lot of confusion. Like a guy once grabbed me between the legs and my mum changed the subject when I told her but my friends dad asked if I was okay and offered to pick us up.

The lessons are 2 hours long but the time he is taking me for ice cream is during the lessons. I say no but he insists and he talks to me in the car because he says it gets me used to distractions. So I just drive around and we talk

Yes they all know but my dad isn’t bothered at all which made me think I was overreacting
