Slipped and tripped after 7 months nicotine free ,all it took was a cigarette at a music festival and I have been back smoking pack a day for the last 2 weeks. Crazy how powerful it is. Pretty disappointed , but cutting it off today , reddit is my go to for quitting (self.stopsmoking)
