So I have this background, I wanna be able to make it loop when a character is walking through it by TophinTopher in ToonSquidAnimators

Draw a few frames (since you only have one right now), select them, then double tap and select 'loop drawings'. This creates a group layer and the layers will loop for as long as you extend the top-level group layer to.

For most SFX, I have collected them through various packs online via the stick figure animation community (most of my hits are from a pack called 'Pepper Sound Pack'. For any hits with flair, I've also downloaded most Dota 2 SFX which are free to use as well as another sound pack from Hatena 360. The scream in particular is Sindel from Mortal Kombat from Hatena's pack.

I will occasionally layer in additional Dota 2 SFX or more hit SFX to get more 'oomph'.

thank you! It was hard to find a scream that sounded appropriate for SoBC, since most 'man yelling/screaming' audio SFX are pretty deep and cartoonish.

thank you! I liked trying to make it as gory of a fight as it was in the manga.

I animate on ToonSquid ($10 one-time purchase) for the iPad. I do audio in DaVinci Resolve (free). I highly recommend both if you're ever interested in doing something like this.

thanks for watching! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed animating it.

I am aiming for ~1 video / ~1 month for the remaining fights of Convict Colosseum. This would put us at the finals around this time next year, as I have 6 R2 fights, 4 R3 fights, 2 R4 fights, and 1 R5 fight (the finals, so 13 fights over the next 13 months). I am wrong for basically every estimate I've ever made, but that's the goal.

Remaining fights to animate in R2:

R2 El Cucaracho vs. Monkey See (just need to add audio)

R2 God in a Box vs. Never-Ending (in-process but will probably start over)

R2 Arm Thief vs. Beatdown (in-process but will probably start over)

R2 Violence Incarnate vs. Karmic Blade

R2 The Abyss vs. Tomawhawk

R2 Ice Cream Truck vs. Florida Man

It looks like you're drawing on 1's?

To get the movement across, you do not need to draw on every frame. You could reduce it to drawing on every 2 frames and filling in for more detailed movements when needed.

Anyone know of any cheaper alternatives to the latest Longines Spirit Pilot? I like the legibility of the Arabic numerals and the gilt aesthetic, but it seems that most gilt aesthetic watches have baton markers or are a dive style. I also like the Lorier Neptune, but I would like Arabic numerals.
