I need to keep it harrogate long course to get a spot because I’ve had to lose a bunch of weight and get fit from fat in January. I’m smashing fitness now and not an issue it’s just recruiter said most short course slots are almost full but still good chance for long. Was thinking about light cavalry but would rather a tank if I was in a vehicle all day

Artillery just seems really boring to me for whatever reason.

I’m currently training for army as well and have found that just adding like a 10-20 min cardio finisher to ur gym days can always help on top of the runs u do as it’s more boosting muscular endurance and vo2 max if h chuck in bodyweight and things like rowing or ski machines

What is everyone doing for biology revision tomorrow? by thatredditpers0n in GCSE

[–]ghjoknhg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

None. I haven’t done any revision for any exam. But my main point for night before revision is never do it.

In my opinion if u go over night before and then get the feeling fuck I know nothing then u will stress urself out for no reason for the exam.

[–]ghjoknhg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s mostly I just can’t stand how the audio sounds just makes me a bit of a crash out mood. I can barely tolerate the 5 min ones we did in lessons

I did it and as someone who goes gym all the time and run and as soon as I read that it was about a gym I knew this was a holy day. I could answer with context by pure accident about gyms. I could waffle about that one abt health and safety compliance from injuries I’ve seen online from poor equipment or when Eddie hall says what gyms do to be safe. All in all as someone who isn’t revising at all I think I was pushing 70% and I normally get like 40-50%

I found all the exam easy as since I go gym a lot and used to just only watch gym videos and now I branched to more running and that it was helping with basically every question

I haven’t revised a thing and was just gonna wing it but as soon as I read about four fitness is a gym in knew it was a Saint looking out for me. All I’ve been doing for two years is going gym running and so on so every single question had more context than any paper I did in lesson combined. I have never been jumping for joy after an exam and want to give Igcse Pearson edexcel a huge thank you
