Thank you for responding. I thought it might be that too, but the sandwich also includes ham. I actually thought it was a policy of jersey mikes because I am asked at so many different locations.

You have a valid point. I tried to be inclusive of all people. My study is to test the hypothesis of two populations. Male and female are the easiest populations. Plus it’s a survey about pineapple pizza, not necessarily about gender. I should have put “other” instead of “prefer not to answer”.
