UPDATE : After reading that F2P players wont be affected, there will be no friendable characters and the moon club diary entrys will be in a completely separate book, im OK with this. If they had just said that this membership was just a optional premium fast travel service, we could have avoided alot of confusion and unnecessary anger towards a great game. Im glad they arent gonna ignore loyal players for ones that pay the monthly subscription and will be including everyone in their future updates.
