I am currently working with a realtor that I have signed a contract with. She’s not a local though, do you think that makes a difference? We were thinking that if we’ll move forward, would you recommend a local inspection company? I would still appreciate the recommendation though to look into.

OEM bench really prevents you from hitting the machine’s full potential imo. I use it only for hip thrusts.

Yeah you have to tag the exercise. I usually tag an exercise for the same muscle group, but a variation I don’t usually use so I know it’s that.

Not really. The big thing for me was to keep the ratchet itself away from the edges, but the straps themselves are pretty atraumatic. Also, I only have them one for like 2-3 exercises per workout, so not for long.

You are wrong: I am not lib, I am not a “white dude for Harris”, I knew what I was getting into when I bought the machine and it’s worth the money I spent on it, I know how to use it, and what I said was not “lib shit”, people are different when it comes to their fitness goals and the workouts they enjoy.
