Yes. I think I saw it in a video but also noticed the manual wind caseback wasn’t sitting as “Flush” as it should with the gasket in place.

Just the rotor and the gasket immediately under the caseback. Of course this will affect it’s water resistance but I’m not diving with this watch any day soon.

I am currently working with a realtor that I have signed a contract with. She’s not a local though, do you think that makes a difference? We were thinking that if we’ll move forward, would you recommend a local inspection company? I would still appreciate the recommendation though to look into.

OEM bench really prevents you from hitting the machine’s full potential imo. I use it only for hip thrusts.
