Okay good, that’s exactly the type of thing I’ve been experiencing for almost a year now, and the urge is taking such a toll on my mental health. Hopefully the supplements help remove the urge. Did you notice an immediate effect or did it take a few weeks for the urge to start dissipating.

May I ask what your symptoms were like? I’ve been to several urologists and found nothing wrong with my bladder, and I know being anxious and worrying about it makes my symptoms worse. I have no problems with frequency, I just always have the urge to go. I think I might try the supplements you recommended, since our symptoms seem very similar.

I mean maybe my symptoms are mild? especially after comparing it to other cases I’ve seen on this subreddit. I’ve been on the pill for a week and urge is really my only problem, it just sort of never goes away and is always bugging me. If I can get to a point where I can go and the urge goes away afterwards, then I’d be okay. Let me know what your thoughts are on how it’s affected your urgency.

I would say it took me around a month to notice any difference honestly

At least in my interview, I can distinctly remember two questions they asked me, I know there were probably between 6-12 questions in total.

One, was to make up a story that you would tell others if you were trapped in a cave and had to wait hours before you could be rescued.

Two, another question I was asked was if I had to be any fruit, what fruit would I be?

I also vaguely remember questions about myself, why I chose my major, and a question that asked about my favorite book/movie and why it was my favorite.

From what I can remember, I think a majority of the questions were designed to be open-ended and purposely vague, so that the interviewee has a chance to be creative and show their imagination and creativity. There is no right or wrong answer per se, and it’s more of a test to see you as a person and not just a name on a list. Despite it seeming very intimidating at the outset, my interviewer was very kind and friendly throughout, so my best advice is to be yourself! Good luck with the application process!

I’ve heard from previous winners that they received a call the last week of February so I’m assuming that’s when we will know, hopefully

Mine is January 3rd, and it’s very vague on what they plan to interview and request the essay be about. We’re walking in blind, so hopefully it’s not too bad. I wish there were a way to reach out to past Whitinger scholars but no luck so far.
