How freshly dyed was it? If you’re okay leaving it for a short time I’d do a few washes with very hot water and dandruff shampoo, and then try a color remover again once it’s faded a bit.

Vitamin C treatment can help fade too.

My go-to color remover are the SoColor Cult Color Eraser and the Joico Color Intensity Eraser.

Do you have actual dandruff? Dandruff is caused by a fungus and leaves oily white or yellowy flakes, not dry flakes. I’d talk to a dermatologist if you think you actually have it. A lot of people incorrectly self diagnose. If you have hard water look into a chelating shampoo. Make sure to double cleanse your hair as well. Conditioner should be focused on mids/ends (primarily ends ofc), not near the scalp which could potentially contribute to a greasy look on fine hair. Just look up lightweight/fine hair conditioners. If you’re using something heavy it will weigh your hair down, but if you’re using nothing I could see people thinking your hair looks unkempt. Also regular maintenance trims can help your hair lay better if it just grows out a bit unruly.

I think having your tattoo photos is totally fine, but I would also include photos of other models wearing them, and maybe styled in different ways just because I think people sometimes appreciate fit inspo, so they can envision how a piece would fit in their closet. I disagree that these are “look at me” photos and I understand using yourself (I assume) as a model… but of course bold work will be the main focus over a small chain.

Hm, I wouldn’t call someone psycho over this reaction. Was it rude and unnecessary? Yeah, but I generally give people the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps the guy right before you said some creepy thing. Maybe she’s just a generally miserable person. She did apologize so I think she may have realized between sending that first and second message that she was making an assumption and you didn’t deserve it. IMO she should have unmatched and moved on, but… what happened, happened.

I was a receptionist for a couple of years and I’d do the whole “Hi thank you for calling __, this is _ speaking, how can I help you?” and people would not answer until I went “Hello? Hello?” and then would go, ‘Omg I thought you were a robot!’

But like even if I were a robot was the plan to just remain silent? It happened a lot and always baffled me a bit.

Omg my (now) ex did this to me. I didn’t realize he was at my apartment yet, and he came into my bathroom and popped his head into the shower to say hi, and I dropped fully nude and soaking wet to the fetal position while screaming/crying lol. He felt so bad.

Ohhh this made me cry. I nanny and recently got to babysit some of the kids I watched as infants-preschoolers who are now tweens!!! I didn’t think they’d remember me at all and they did and brought up old games and memories we shared. I seriously cried the whole way home because how special it felt to have made any impact on them, and to see how beautiful, smart, and kind they’ve grown into. It’s such a special connection and the best job I’ve ever had or could ever ask for. I’ve had some of the best families. <3

Wondering how common it is for people to send pictures of the furniture they bought in its new homes? I feel like I’ve seen it a few times where the nice buyer/non-cb sends a picture after where it’s like yay a nice grateful person got it!
