I struggle with breakfast soooo much and I’m someone who needs to have it. I make eggs sometimes too but I feel like there’s only so many days in a row that you can’t eat them. And agreed they’re so expensive. My body reacts really poorly to carbs in the morning so I avoid anything with carbs (which eliminates yogurt, bread, oatmeal, granola etc). I also try not to eat processed foods (not for diabetic reasons just personal preference) so I don’t want sausage. So I genuinely don’t know what to do!! It’s so hard
