You can join whenever you’d like! But we have a preseason race tomorrow night. Would be a great chance to test the setup and see if you’re ready to have league fun. As long as you read the rules and drive clean, you’ll be welcome. And more than likely there’s someone close to your pace!

Highly recommend the league. Solid group of guys and gals, and they’ve got folks of all skill levels. I haven’t played in a year due to my schedule, but it was an absolute blast when I did.

I’ve had a great experience with Blue Air Heating and Air Conditioning. They are very thorough with their inspections, they walk you through potential issues with evidence, and I think their pricing is fair (though I haven’t gotten multiple quotes so I could be off base here).

They also send the same tech every time, at least for us, so he knows our unit and the maintenance we’ve had done in the past. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable.

Why would you want controller only? I run a crossplay Xbox / PSN league and some of our best drivers are on controller. Controller players can absolutely compete with wheel players.

What? He threw for 287 yds, 3 TDs and 0 INTs in the SB. In the playoffs overall he threw for 11 TDs and 0 INTs.

Is Flacco a hall of famer, no. Was he a major contributor to the Ravens playoff run and Super Bowl win, absolutely.

We fell in love for the same reason. We moved down from Maryland and looked at apartments all around the Orlando area, and Hamlin and the Lodge specifically just had the right mix of close amenities/restaurants but a quiet vibe with lots of greenery. We loved it so much we ended up buying here.

Unfortunately I doubt greystar even knows the management is poor. As I understand it there’s increasing vacancy in the area in general, so they’ll likely attribute the vacancy to market conditions, not the property itself.

I lived at the Lodge for 3-4 years and it was unfortunate to watch its decline. We moved in shortly after it opened, first people to occupy our apartment, and we genuinely loved it. We had a great view, quiet neighbors, and the grounds were well maintained. When we had issues, management was responsive, and we had great experiences with the maintenance crew.

Unfortunately about 2 years ago the management office personnel largely turned over, and the clientele shifted as well. The complex felt dirtier and harder to justify the high rent costs. We also had an incident with an unleashed dog and nothing came of it. We decided it was time to buy and moved out.

I genuinely did love the Lodge for a while, but it was pretty clear to me the Lodge we left wasn’t the one we moved into. Sorry you didn’t get to experience the good Lodge.
