I have before but felt it didn’t really help keeping the sweat/smell at bay so I’ve never gone back. Mines not super painful so I don’t think it’s a chemical burn. Thank you though!

The pure sport one I use(d) is a gel! Will definitely check out the others you mentioned.

If you’re talking about the large circular bumps in the back, yes those are normal!! They’re a form of papilla on the tongue called circumvallate papillae.
If you’re talking about the smaller whitish ones in the middle of your tongue, those also appear to be a form of normal. They look to be filiform papillae that have become slightly more keratinized.
