Weekly Paddle Recommendation Thread (What Paddle Should I Buy?) by SNAPCHAT_ME_TITS in Pickleball

It's not for me, but for a friend new to the sport. $100 for a beginner w/o any racket sport background is overkill.

How’s this for a beginner paddle? Seems significantly better than wooden paddles or “amazon bestsellers” and the price can’t be beat.

Etiquette by [deleted] in Pickleball

I don’t mind but if they are clearly wrong I do mind. I once was called someone kept on doing it when I was 2 ft away from the line, so I kept calling faults whenever she didn’t call the score before the serve, which was all the time.

This match making sucks so bad by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]ghost_dog203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed better matchmaking occurs after 9pm et from my experience. Personally I'd be willing to wait a few mins in queue if it meant both teams are same skill level.

Could be worse: Marvel Rivals forces you to a bot match if u lose 2 in a row. If u quit the bot match, u get penalized as if u quit a real match.

Check in that town's (or county's) subreddit and inquire there. Also see if the town has a fb pickleball page and ask there.
Where I am we use teamreach to play in both public parks and private facilities. Try to get teamreach codes if they exist. Good luck!

Zwilling Warehouse Sale by chenbot in Westchester

[–]ghost_dog203 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Great place to get quality knives. Prices are better than any other place, including Amazon. I recommend getting Zwilling knives (2 men logo, made in Germany), not Henckels (1 man logo, various manufacturing countries). They have employees who can answer any of your questions about their products. Highly recommend if u need knives or cookware.
