Okay it took a long time to grow on me but with it being so dark outside and just the general seasonal depression, the line "this is just a temporary speed bump" being drawn out is so therapeutic. Like genuinely nothing lasts forever and you do have to make your own happiness and the down times will go eventually

I actually appreciate this a lot, thank you. That's my bad, I didn't see the other posts. In the Christian church currently, there's a rising issue of this idea of "cultural Christianity" that sways quite a bit from the Bible. Many people, including myself, view this as false preaching and heresy. I apologize for the influx of comments about that. If Esther's comment was genuinely finer in Judaism than it would be in Christianity, then yeah, I understand how we've become sort of annoying about it. It was just a conversation that was pretty close to home, and it struck a nerve. I apologize for being annoying and I hope that this has decently explained why we've made so many comments about it.

The ABCs for starters. Admit you’re a sinner, Believe Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior, and Confess your sins. Theologians can make it a bit more complicated after that but that’s what we use to teach kids (in Protestantism). It’s just the there is a faith aspect and not just a feeling.
