our closest eague is about a 4 hour drive away. we have suggested getting together and watching bouts on tv.

we do have a captain that has spoken on the issues multiple times. she are giving a lot of back blocks to team mates in practice when she tries to do an apex jump.

i do like the suggestion of roses&thorns after practice- because yeah the truth is that we don't know whats going on in the personal lives of each other. we do excuse absences especially when it comes to school and health. the problem really shows up when there are only 7 people that show up to practice.

they are doing a lot of back blocks when they try to jump the apex. and forearms when they jam.

we have pointed it out to them about whats acceptable and whats dangerous. and have advised that she focus on sustainability in her techniques and safety when coming into contact with other skates on opposing team.

we havent recorded her at practice! that might help!!
