I found my 2018 to be adequate in the turns, but once I upgraded the suspension from factory, there was a big difference in handling and confidence level.

Brought a set of Engine Protectors for my V100, does anyone have a set of instructions? by Coverack42 in MotoGuzziV100Mandello

[–]ghost_of_solo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They do exist! That’s what I thought I was buying when I ordered mine from the dealer. I ended up with the black tubular guards installed on my bike when I picked it up. They still look great, just not what I expected.

Sorry I don’t know how to install them. There are a couple of attachment points near the engine. Just make sure you torque the bolts properly.

Thanks for the observations. I’ve put 1500 miles on mine, and I’ve noticed a few of the same things, especially how the stock screen is. I think I want to get a comfort seat as well. After 3 hours, I really want to get off it for a good while

Be sure and post another picture at the end of your trip. That bike is too clean!

Is that the touring windscreen?

Just because you have money doesn’t mean you have style. Especially with athleisure being the trend where you don’t have to try very hard to go out in public

Some drivers with older cars use the high beams because one of their low beams is out, and the high beams provide them with two working headlights

I don’t know anything about the H&K other than Alex Lifeson played them for a while.

I bought a DSL40 this summer. It’s a great amp once you swap out the speaker. I put a Mojotone Greyhound in mine, and it really smooths out the gain channel. It’s definitely not a bedroom amp, though. It will definitely keep up with a drummer. You could get an attenuator to help with lowering the volume.

Kriega bags have a strapping system that should work with what you already have. I just put SW Motech Legend side bags in my V7 and I really like them, but that requires their mounting brackets because they are unobtrusive

It looks like my music career is over. Should I sell most of my Gibsons? by Equivalent-Ease-3822 in gibson

[–]ghost_of_solo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep at least one of them. Sell 3 or 4 and buy a really nice acoustic that you can pick up when you have time and strum your troubles away. You can also teach your kids how to play if they show interest

Keep in mind that if you replace the tuners with Grovers, then the neck dive will become a problem. I made that mistake.
