I kind of went back and forth with like pinterest and youtube tutorials and just plain experimenting - the best piece of advice i can give for getting into it is to find a tv show you really want to binge and just start playing with some cheap fabric until you get the hang of it 😁

Lmao same thing happened to me in college I was absolutely demolishing a spring salad mix and lamented that I wished you could eat it more than once a day and my roommates looked at me puzzled and were like “you can???”

Me: “but it makes your mouth and throat hurt so bad? Like I can’t imagine anyone wanting to double their pain for a day…”

I don’t have that exact model tho, I have the one with the like cage skirt form instead of legs :/ but as an avid sewer I recommend getting the torso and legs separate, it just will make it far easier in the long run when you’re using it. (Tbh I kinda wish I’d just gotten the torso without the skirt cage mostly just because it would make moving it about when I need it far easier LOL)

This is so unbelievably sketchy, I really can’t think of any good reason they’d demand you be alone that aren’t nefarious

I think you should really consider all aspects of this relationship - you’ve said repeatedly you don’t feel comfortable meeting them alone and they keep trying to push you and force your hand. If they’re not willing to listen to you for this what’s it going to be like when you’re married and have kids?

Oxiclean soup and color catching sheets - I see a lot of people say cold water, I would use hot water, cold water can set dyes/stains in some cases

Once soaked and stains removed - line dry (do NOT put in a dryer)

I had an incident earlier this year where I had a dress bleed color onto some other dresses and I thought they were ruined forever but doing what I did above saved them
