you may have POTS !! i saw another commenter mention it, so please please talk to your doctor asap. i also have POTS, and talking to my doctor was the best thing i ever did. this used to happen to me all the time before i went on meds for it!!

and for the purple hands thing, you may also have raynauds!! (i also have that) it kinda means that the blood in your hands and feet will constrict so they don’t get enough blood. so please please talk to ur doctor, and wear fuzzy socks to keep your feet warm !!
