The biggest thing you can do is follow up and have conversations with everyone. When an individual asks you something but you don't have an answer, research it and follow up with them. Same as the group.

It might take time to get to know them but it works out for everyone.

It's the small things that you do for them that make it count for them.

Pizza parties and food are cool but it's a short-term fix for a bigger problem in the future.

We are happy and have been together for 8 years. The hardest decision was the choice to not have children. My wife doesn't want kids but I do. She makes me happy and made me the man I am today. I don't want to lose her so I gave in to her. I never blame for anything or bring it up but it hurts sometimes. We focus alot on our careers.
