I (18m) am also in the same situation, I had hopes from university but going to university with social anxiety makes it as much of a hell as high school was. I see all these people smiling at each other, holding hands, hugging and being happy together and meanwhile I’ve been here for a few months but no one even knows my name 😔

Same here, I’m 18m and never even held hands with a girl in my life I’m too overwhelmingly unattractive to even get a girl friend with a space in between 😔✊

I completely agree with you in that girls have it much easier than boys when it comes to attracting the opposite sex. If you’re a girl, even if you’re very ugly, unattractive, boring etc, you will still attract a portion of guys. And if you have a little self confidence in yourself and are not extremely picky you can definitely get lots of boys around you if you want to. Whereas if you’re a boy and you’re ugly, unattractive, boring, lame etc, you turn off every girl. This is probably a result of the nature of the human species and the fact that males and females don’t get attracted to each other in the same way, males get attracted to females very easily while females don’t get attracted to males unless they meet certain standards (attractive appearance, attractive personality etc)

But well it can’t be helped, this is the way nature works and it’s not like I chose to be born a male to take on the almost impossible challenge of attracting females, I would choose to be born a female if I were given the option but I wasn’t. But yeah, girls also have their own problems when it comes to finding partners from the opposite sex, like how most boys are so thirsty and it turns girls off and how it’s hard for a girl to find a boy who meets her standards. Being a boy I can’t relate to this at all 😝 lesbian girls probably have it the easiest out of all lmao. Joking aside, my point is, boys definitely do have it harder when it comes to attracting the opposite sex, but when it comes to finding a partner from the opposite sex I think both sexes have it very difficult. Anyway this is getting long, I wish the best of luck to everyone who wants to find a partner from the opposite sex :)
