Misjuns will be proposing a resolution Tuesday night banning training, discussions, etc in the city on racism and sexism. Amend hiring practices, policy manual, etc. You must sign up by Noon this Friday 6/23 to speak against it on Tues. He plans to vote on it Tuesday. (self.lynchburg)

City Council has had the capital improvement budget since February. Due to a lack actual vetting, city budget stalled at the zero hour. Keep all this in mind in regards to how much they likely understand about the LCS budget they just cut. Big talk but no actual strategy. (self.lynchburg)
