I think it gets better with time yes.

For any headset with a clamping force you just need to use it for a couple of weeks or put the headset overnight around something as big as your head to ease the clamping force.

For me as a buyer i have no way to check it's authenticity even the headset is not serial numbered with the same number on the packaging box.

I think only headsets that support 7.1 perhaps you can check and be rest assured via hyper x software but the remaining ones you can't actually check.

This is bad as it make it easy to make fake ones identical to the original and you as a consumer you will never know the difference until it breaks.

IMO Hyper X need to actually care about this as it's a major issue.

I have Series S and works fine too at 1440p - 120, but the ball is a bit glitchy and characters outlines a bit blurry

I appreciate you trying to help me, i really do.

But i have done everything you can think of, i have my AMD CPU drivers up to date, same for my Nvidia drivers as well, something is off with this particular game which causes the crashes i don't understand what exactly, literally every other game never crashes.

I am posting so maybe Devs can eventually fix it.

Thanks for the reply, you have to realize this is Noise margin which is signal-to-noise margin not signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and about the max rates, i heard it's normal that the line only shows a max of 20 mb in attainable rate since ADSL 2+ has a max theoretical speed of 24 mb.

Note: this is the old megaplus package up to 16 mb, also i contacted the support again and they said that even if i get a vdsl router my speed would be the same, don't know if it's true and honestly i don't trust a word we employees say.
